Does BlackJackUK involve real money?
No. BlackJackUK is a free entertainment app. There is no real-money gambling and no real money can be won or lost.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required. Download the app and start playing immediately.
Why is my game progress not saving?
Game stats are stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, or changed devices, your stats will reset. Cloud save is not currently supported.
How do I delete my data?
Since we don't require an account, most data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by deleting the app. If you've contacted support and want your email address removed from our records, email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
The app crashed — what should I do?
Please force-quit the app and reopen it. If it keeps crashing, try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version so we can investigate.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
We'd love to know. Email us with a brief description of what happened, your device, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots help a lot.
