Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or other protections in your jurisdiction apply. If you are a business, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the United States for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
